Business Invoice Pro ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our Android mobile application.
The App stores the following information locally on your device: business profile details, customer records, product catalog, invoices, quotations, logos, signatures, and preferences such as theme and currency. We do not operate a backend server that collects this business data.
All business data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. PDF documents and uploaded logos are saved to your device storage. Uninstalling the App may permanently delete stored data unless you have created your own backups.
The App displays banner advertisements using Google AdMob. Google may collect and process device information (such as advertising ID), IP address, and interaction data to show ads, measure performance, and fight fraud/abuse, according to Google’s policies.

The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can clear app data or uninstall the App to remove local business information. Device advertising preferences can usually be managed in Android settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
